Ignite Your Passion For Pizza

We have been making Pizzas in our outdoor Ninja oven for a couple of summers now and, although we love the home-baked taste, have to admit that if there are lots of mouths to feed, it takes a fair bit of preparation, effort and clearing up. Now we are using these Hand-Stretched Sourdough Romana Pizza Bases and it has transformed the experience. Preparation time is minimal, there is no semolina or flour to clear up and the pizzas are ready in a couple of minutes. Would strongly recommend.

Bought 240 bases and cooked all of them for charity at weekend, every customer was very happy and couldn’t believe how good our pizzas were. We used eg tomato sauce from yourselves and had 3 flavours of pizza. Thank you

We loved these pizza bases. 10" bases are perfect for individual pizzas for everyone. Made sure we followed the instructions and did not overheat the ooni. The taste was amazing and cooked perfectly. Slight crisp to the base but not too much. The way we like our bases and the top cooked perfectly. Takes the hassle out of dough balls. Will definately buy again.

Thought I'd try these as stretching your own dough takes time and takes you away from guests.
So glad I did, excellent bases, really tasty. Cook in a couple of minutes on the Ooni.
