Made with a unique blend of Italian flour, the dough is fermented for up to 48 hours, which develops a complex and delicious flavour. The longer fermentation time also relaxes the gluten, making the dough healthier and much easier to digest after eating.
All you need to do is top them with tomato sauce, cheese and your choice of toppings and bake in your oven - outdoor or domestic.
In an outdoor pizza oven they will cook in just 2-3 minutes, giving you a fresh and stunning looking pizza that is easy to prepare and serve.
In a domestic oven, cooking will take around 5 minutes.
