Made with a 48 hour fermented sourdough, the flavour of these bases is complex and delicious.
All you need to do is top them with tomato sauce, cheese and toppings and bake in your oven. In a domestic oven, cooking will take around 5 minutes. They also work perfectly in an outdoor pizza oven and will cook in just 1-2 minutes, giving you a fresh and stunning looking pizza that couldn't be easier to prepare and serve.
