Used in standard kitchen oven, really easy to use. Just added some crushed San M peeled tomatoes for the base and added toppings... Delicious. Purchased to reduced upf in diet from buying store bought or takeaway. Thank you.

These bases were ideal for us, when catering for a party of 40 😳! We have a proper brick wood-fired oven but are 1. Not yet confident or consistent with our own dough and cooking, and 2. didn’t have fridge space to store and prove dough. All too stressful but pizza was expected! Enter the Homemade Pizza Ciub (who might as well have been wearing their pants outside their tights because they were definitely superheros!). From the first email, they were patient and helpful. Given my storage issues they carefully coordinated delivery and the bases arrived in perfect condition and exactly when I needed them. I was nervous as to how the bases would cook but needed not have worried. They were a doddle to top, quick to turn around, didn’t stick and tasted pretty darned good. Lots of well fed and impressed guests. Yes, I can be a homemade dough purist but it would be hard to fault these lovely bases for ease and convenience. I really didn’t feel like they were a compromise. So that would be a ‘yes’ from me and my guests then! Would definitely buy again.

I ordered 30 bases for my daughters 21st party. My son splashed on some sauce from a jar & pre grated cheese & I put them in the Ooni. We were sending out pizzas to the hungry crowd every two minutes. the bases made it so easy & tasted great

Really pleased with this dough (now somebody has shown me a good technique for shaping). You get a lovely crispy outside and fluffy inside.
