Why a part-baked pizza base is a great choice when cooking in a domestic oven

We all love a good restaurant quality pizza, but what is the best way to make your own version at home in your domestic oven?


Our part-baked pizza bases have several benefits that make them perfect for homemade pizza fanatics!


Firstly, we know that making your own dough (or even trying our Sourdough dough balls) is one option for having great pizza at home. However, domestic ovens don’t get as hot as a pizza oven which often results in fresh dough not being cooked particularly well.
