Pizza dough can be frozen on arrival or kept in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Pizza sauce can be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Mozzarella can be stored in the fridge or portioned and frozen for 3-6 months.
Pepperoni can be stored in the fridge or portioned and frozen for 3-6 months.
