You can cook and serve perfect homemade pizzas quickly and easily. These pre-stretched, part-baked sourdough pizza bases rise and taste just like fresh dough.
Made with a 48 hour fermented sourdough, the flavour of these bases is complex and delicious.
All you need to do is top them with tomato sauce, cheese and your choice of toppings and bake in your oven - outdoor or domestic.
In a domestic oven, cooking will take around 5 minutes.
In an outdoor pizza oven they will cook in just 1-2 minutes, giving you a fresh and stunning looking pizza that is easy to prepare and serve.

This Sourdough is exceptional. You would have to go to Napoli to get a better base. Not only does it come extremely well packed (with ice packs to keep it fresh) but it is dispatched and delivered precisely as quoted.
Cooked in my Gosney Dome it produces a pizza that is crisp, tasty, well-risen and tastes really good.

COOKING
Get your stone to about 350-400CC (not 500C). Bases puff up, with great air pockets, toppings cook perfectly. (All in all a 90-120 sec, turn to ensure an even base cook with leopard spots, a crunchy edge and a brilliantly foldable & holdable slice), versus the 60 sec claimed by the oven manufacturers. Naturally all ovens vary with temperature. But the bases are the perfect stress free way of hosting a pizza evening and knocking out fantastic results.
