Best Ever Garlic Pizza bread
(makes up to 5 pizzas)
Ingredients:
100g melted butter
50g olive oil
1 bulb of garlic.
Sprig of fresh thyme
Sprig of fresh rosemary
Homemade Pizza Club sourdough pizza base
Method:
- Peel the garlic cloves and place inside a food blender.
- Start the blender and drizzle in the melted butter and olive oil gradually.
- Once combined, remove from the blender and place into a bowl.
- To make your garlic bread, take a Homemade Pizza Club pizza base and spoon over the garlic mixture onto the base. Top with a few thyme leaves and some fresh rosemary.
- Place directly onto the bars of a pre-heated oven and bake for approximately 5-6 minutes until the base is nicely browned.
