Italian roast potatoes

These beautifully flavoured roast potatoes go perfectly with pizza and are a treat the whole family will love.


1kg potatoes, Maris Piper or similar. You can also use new potatoes.

Large sprig of Rosemary

Half a bulb of garlic

Block of Homemade Pizza Club Grana Padano cheese

Black Pepper

Olive Oil



  1. Cut the potatoes into rough chunks around 1” in diameter. If using new potatoes, just cut in half.
  2. Heat up some Olive Oil in an oven friendly pan or skillet.
  3. Add the potatoes when the oil is hot and allow to colour for a few minutes.
  4. Grate over some Grana Padano and add the garlic and rosemary to the pan and place in a pre-heated oven at 190c.
  5. Bake for around 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through and nicely browned.
  6. Season with a little salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
